Pride and secrecy are two of the biggest company vices holding it back from transparency. Admitting mistakes, applicable to even our personal life, is the trustworthy and responsible thing to do.

Keep information updated and avoid inconsistencies

It is always necessary to keep the information up to date in the work in order to solve possible problems and to take appropriate measures as soon as possible.

Try the “because” justification

We believe that for customers, the reason why isn’t important, but our honesty is.

Communicate

The solution of all problems, conflicts, whether internal or external, and the way to progress is through communication.

Encourage feedback from customers and employees

Feedback, whether positive or negative, is fuel for growth

Keep a healthy level of internal privacy

Publicly communicate company efforts instead of individual team efforts. Publicly discuss issues or critical questions raised by the team Encourage feedback on existing processes and adopt changes that maximize results. Allow for experimentation and failures - and communicate when a failure affects customers.
